My Intro to Food Service/Hospitality Industry class ended last Friday. It was a short 8-week, 1-credit class. I got an A-.
WHAT’S THE - FOR????
For the most part, that class was pretty boring although we did do some presentations on different types of cuisine, famous culinarians, and new emerging trends, and we had some decent discussions that really got me thinking about things I want to do in my career, things I’d never even considered.
But, how did I get a -??????

In Sanitation news, I’m afraid to eat food now. Seriously. After knowing proper techniques and STATE/FDA/NRA REQUIRED techniques, it’s safe to say that we, as a human population, should have died out from the food we put in our mouths A LONG TIME AGO. Let us thank our respective powers for our amazingly efficient digestive system.
